If memory serves, you would have had to have registered before 2000 and or have been here at least 4-years. And I think the cut off for the 4-year thing was in 2006 some time. Tim would know the specifics.

Your statement is correct regarding the qualifications. I don't remember what day in 2006 it was shut down, but for all intents and purposes, this user group is a closed one.
