KB is a Twin Screw blower not a Roots blower, both positive displacement, but definately not the same, so I guess I don't vote at all. But, I would vote for a KB if T/S was listed!

I voted roots because of the Kenne Bell. If it wasn't for the Kenne Bell I would vote turbo.

www.turbochargedpower.com

Last I read they (shinoda) tried a single kit and decided to go with the twin HP kit instead for whatever reasons. I've seen the single turbo car........nice ride.

turbos are the best power adder. but the price for them is steep. but since the question was "what did i prefer" and not "what can i afford" i picked turbo.

I went with roots, and like others I'd take a turbo if they were more obtainable.

Why are you asking the question???

If I woke up tomorrow morning to find a KB 9psi Intercooled along with forged internals and a race block under my hood, I would come my pants, s**t twice and die.

KB,KB,KB,KB IMO you can't get any better results, full boost at 2000. I don't like ringing my engines neck to make boost. Just roll on the throttle and hold onto your nipples.

I have an ATI 8# 3core I haven't had it in full boost yet..the best is yet to come...However a twin screw would be OK also. My 02 GT 5sp conv is for fun...not for serious racing.

Nitrous is king in my book. Cheapest(initially), easiest to install, adjustable from mild to wild. Not to mention that it only exerts extra force on the engine when the bottle's on, unlike blowers/turbos. I Like those too though.
