Forget questioning whether or not I have ABS, it wouldn't have mattered today

On the bright side, at least I'll be getting a free new front end!

T-boned an idiot @ 30mph after he pulled out ahead of me to cross the road.

Some are saying that it is likely that my car will be totaled? Theres something wrong with the motor too. Its running REALLY rough and likes to die when Im stopped.

I swear, I think Mustangs are car magnets. I've had 10X the number of people pull out in front of me in the month I've had my car than in 6 years of driving my F150. Also, it seems like more people ride my ass in the stang too.

Oh man... This is so crazy to see, right after your ABS thread. I had similar damage to my 01, but my air bags popped, and it was both front fenders. Had a small bit of frame damage on the passenger rail, which JUST brought the damage into the 'totalled' bracket. Your bumper bar looks good, so I'd guesstimate a hood, bumper, fender, and door, assuming your bags didn't pop. I'll guess it won't be totalled, personally. In that case, it might be time for some visual upgrades!

Looks fixable, and it also looks like it took the hit really well to be honest.

Sucks to hear man. At least you are alright and it wasn't at a higher speed.

It could have been a lot worse. I hit a guy in a little old Ford Festiva lol. His car took about 2 360deg. spins and came to rest a ways away. It had to be towed......and the poor guy only had liability. I kinda feel for him.

at the thought of a festiva spinning like a top.

Def time to upgrade, damage seems minor. Just be glad they had insurance. Someone pulled out in front of me a few months ago and they didnt have insurance. Ive yet to see a dime.

That's just smart financial planning - his collision deductible would probably exceed what a Festiva could possibly be worth at this point

Sorry about your car - glad everyone's OK. Hopefully insurance will come through without totaling it.

Did it pop the airbags? Can't quite tell from the pics.

The collision could've pulled something loose on the motor - that would explain the rough running - may just be a hose or wire yanked off.

Looks like it could have been much worse. If the airbags are still in tact, then I seriously doubt insurance will total it. Sounds like insurance will take care of everything too.
Must be the season for accidents. I parked my car the other day and got out to go inside. Then, right infront of me a guy backing his car into a parking space went too far and at a crooked angle and managed to hit me. The title of your post were the first words to come out of my mouth.

Yea, time for some upgrades, is the insurance company gonna pay for the engine repair too? On a different note, you ever notice that people that love there cars are the better drivers around ya, just food for thought but, of course, theres an exception to that and every rule!
