We are looking to buy a house. I thought well we will need money so I will sell the stang. I put up at a really low price too low IMHO. Its so agonaizing waiting to see what happens. I finally couldnt take it any more so I put a reserve on it because i cant just give it away.

I hate this and it makes me feel sick to sell it. I guess if it dont meet reserve I wont sell.

im so torn!:notnice:

What really makes me upset is the stupid offers people make,
one guy had the nerve to offer me 4400.00 I was polite but I wanted to say WTF are you thinking??????!!!!!!!(&Q^S*(_

another guy starts at 5500 then continues in 250 increments I finnaly said I wont take less than xxxxx he says ill see what i can do.

Oh and the Trade offers ROCK@! :nono:

If only it was that simple.

The weird thing is selling the red droptop was pretty easy for me.
But this 91 has everything I have ever wanted in a mustang and I thought I could get rid of it but now I am second guessing my self.

Dont it man... you kick yourself in the ass for it... i paid 5500 and i cant anything wrong with mine ive wanted one since i was 12 and now i got one.. if someone walked up and offered me 10k i was shake his hand and say thank you i didnt think anyone liked it as much as me.. theres no way.. you dont need to sell it to get a house, most bank dont even need a down payment... if you arnt putting 10k down it wont even matter anyways you'll need over 10k to have any effect on a decrease in your monthly bill.. im tellen you i could live in my mustang if i needed a place that bad.. i make a welcome mat and everything shades and blinds for the windows~!

dont ask reserve. I am not saying. I put it at the minimum ill take.

I cannot post a link or it gets deleted by Dags.. but I think I can tell you the items number safely. Item number: 280031371077

I find it fiunny when people try to say, I like this when selling a car, you may like it thats fine, but its what the people like, not what you life. Chrome ponys dont belong on that car, im just telling you how it is. If you built this car how YOU like dont ever expect to get your money back...

I would rather buy a smaller house than give up the stang :p

I would check into 100% financing, and get real chummy with a loan broker if you don't already know one...

Don't know about Indiana, but in CA you don't *need* a real estate agent to buy a house.

There are a lot of things people don't know (maybe you do) about when buying a house and getting a mortgage, there are so many different options than the standard 20% down, 30 year fixed mortgage... the savings could buy the stang back a few times over...
