I would suspect a bad head gasket or one that is upside down, letting exhaust blow into the cooling system. If you take the cap off the radiator and smell exhaust thats a good indicator.

I did a compression check and a leakdown test and it still did not tell me that I had an improperly installed head gasket on my 351M motor. It wasn't until I took the heads off that I found an upside down gasket.

Are you sure its engine oil? Do you have a oil cooler? Trans cooler built into the radiator? Just some thoughts.

No trans or engine cooler in radiator. If it was in the intake manifold I would have antifreeze in oil, right, which I dont. Dont forget this engine is supercharged!

Is there consendation on the dip stick? IF so its a minor headgasket problem. otherwise its a cracket head on the ehaust side which only arisses when engine heats up.

I assume you replaced your head gaskets when you re-installed your heads. Did you completely flush your cooling system afterward? If not, you may have solved your problem and don't know it. Make sure your system is flushed clean then recheck..
