I have a fox body with a 5.0 and oil in the throttle body. I don't know how it gets there but it is messing me up. I run a vortech v-1 that spins 15+ psi of boost. There is no residue inside the sc head unit or in the pipe. It is not a blown seal on the sc. The PCV valve is fine as well. I suspect that the blow off valve is malfunctioning but I can't relate how that would leave me with oil in the throttle body only. If anyone has some suggestions as to where I should look next it is greatly appreciated.

Is that hose from the filler cap still attached to the TB? Thats where it comes from on my car. Other than that I dont know what to tell you other than to check your other vac lines for oil, maybe its comin from the intake vac source.

Did you remove the stock line between the TB and the filler neck on the VC?
Does boost pressure in the intake hit the pcv?

It sounds like you are pressurizing the crankcase wtih boost....
