Oil pan replacement

So I am pretty sure no one knows why you posted the two pictures. If you are contemplating buying it I would say $250 (even Canadian) is way high. Also, that pan will not fit a 1989 5.0 Mustang. Fox body cars require a double sump pan as the oil pump in the front sump and the pickup tube is in the rear sump. Both sumps have drain plugs.

This is more what you want for an OEM replacement with a provision for the low oil level switch:

If you do not have or do not want the low oil switch then use a M20x1.5 oil pan bolt with gasket (most parts stores carry them) and plug the hole.

Sorry my phone died

I’ll say this. I bought the Spectra Premium pan show above from Rock Auto to replace my crusty stock pan. Thank God I tested it before putting everything fully back together because it leaked at the rear of the engine like you wouldn’t believe. Seems the pan wasn’t stamped right. I ended up refurbishing my stock pan. So don’t go with that one.
