My PCV leaked, as mentioned, found a TSB on it. Also, my right valve cover leaked, but it was pretty hard to spot - it would drip right near the top exhaust flange and would burn itself down towards the converter.

the oil smell only happens when i run it hard...never smell it when driven normally.does the pvc valve go into passenger head valve cover?there is no oil around this.there is no oil to be seen under it either.

Both of my valve covers seep a bit and I get an occasional drip at the back edge. It falls right onto the exhaust system and burns off.

I really only noticed it because the car gets parked in the winter and I start it up and let it run periodically. When I would go out into the garage I would smell oil burning once in a while.

I bought a mirror on a telescoping rod and by looking at the back edge of the valve covers I found a spot ready to drip on both sides.
