Oil temp at around 230. Normal?

On a hot summer day driving in the city my oil temp gets up to about 230. Is this too high?

These 5.0's get the oil nice and toasty. It's pretty normal.

That said, if you see these temps for very long, consider stepping up to an oil cooler or run synthetic. I don't like seeing dino oil sit at 230-250*F for too long (it wants to become asphalt).
