ok few svo questions!

Ok well Ive asked about this svo before and decided today to go see if its still there. Rough shape doesnt begin to describe this car. But its got a lot of time and money in the motor. So got a few questions.

It has a fully balanced shortblock with JE pistons. The head has had some port work done and the turbo is an upgraded stock T3. It also has a 5 injector wired into the intake manifold. Every once of weight that could be stripped off pretty much has. It has had a roll cage added in but thats about all thats in the interior.

Few questions since Ive been out of the 2.3s for so long.

What kind of power can I expect? 240hp?? Any guesses on the weight of the car??

And final question. The tires are flat (hoosier racing slicks at all 4 corners) so I was going to grab my 17 inch Acura TL wheels to take and put on it for rolling purposes. I know the bolt pattern on these wheels is the same as newer mustangs (5x114.3).
Anyone see any issue with these fitting? I have them currently on my supra and some supra guys run SN95 rims.

Thoughts opinions?

Dunno about the wheels, but I'd say 250 hp are possible on the engine with a stock T3 with about 17 psi and a good cam. I've been guesstimating mine around 260-270 with a FMIC, ported head, A237 cam and 15 psi from a hybrid.

With the ford T3 turbo you have a good platform to start making some horsepower! I have not done this yet, I am still in the process of doing a turbo swap into my mustang, but I have read that if you have the t3 turbo, you gut and polish the upper intake, port and polish the lower intake, port and polish the exhaust manifold along with the head and run a 3" exhaust, and you could very well be breaking the 300hp mark. The best part about this upgrade is that you can do it all yourself for the cost of some carbide burrs and some sanding drums.

As far as the wheel fitment tho, I dont have a clue on that. Not to knowledgeable with which sizes will fit and which wont.

bring a big rachet strap and an air compressor. take the wheel off and tighten the rachet strap to make the tire start seating on the bead. then inflate until it seats and loosen strap (watch your fingers)
