I have a 2001 Steeda, as we all know. The car I purchased for my 4v swap has a Steeda race wing... I dont know if I wanna use it or not. My car is a Steeda, so it would fit in, but I can understand where my friends are coming from when they say it almost looks rice.... you tell me.. what do you think?

these are just some pics of one I found on corral, my camera is dead and I dont have any batteries

so thoughts?

I really didn't like the steeda wing at first. But I can't deny that it does go with the theme and honestly, if I were building an auto-x car, I'd have a steeda wing.

It really is just wider honestly, after comparing it to my wing it just sits wider and longer. it is actually shorter, unlike the Cobra R which I cannot stand

That wing reminds me of all these punk kids that wear pants that are two sizes too big.

I kinda dig it, especially if its on a Steeda car. I can see where people might say it's rice, but I don't think its over the line

Post pics of your silver car when your camera is back up and going. I really like Jason_86's Gt w/ steeda wing it looks sick. I really don't like the wing on that blue stang tho.

Those pics dont do the steeda wing justice. In person it REALLY makes the car stand out...heck an 800RWHP car @ MPH had one of thsoe wings, and let me tell you IMO it was one of the best overall looking cars too. That wing just grabs at you and makes you look over at the car....iv been ALMOST temped to buy one, BUT I refuse to spend anything on my stang righ now, unless its for repairs or something.

I say try it out...cant hurt anything right? Dont like it, pull it off

They look alright in person.

I say keep it or go wingless. No stocker.

Your exhaust tips look small to me

I agree, those exhaust tips are not evil enough to accent the wing.

I say go for it...it's a Steeda! And, if you don't like it...just take it right back off. It's not that hard I've taken mine off and on a couple of times. I want an S281 wing. Brb while I order it

P.S. I've heard that it's the most functional wing of all available for our cars. That in itself is a reason to get it. That in itself also makes it NOT rice!

EDIT: k, all done with the order on the s281 spoiler. He said it'll take about 2 weeks to get here. Thanks for the influence

wingless for teh win!

I like the Steeda wing personaly... go for it.. It mounts in the stock holes no??
I Decided to go wingless when my car got hit last year...
I love the look, of both... actually I like the look of the factory 99 spoilers when they're moved back about an inch and a half I dunno... I guess I have to broad a range of likes...lol good luck if you're like me you'll have it off and on 10 times before you figure out how you wanna keep it...
