Alright I'm getting near to installing my combo this winter, i have all my parts in mind EXEPCT what I'm going to dooo rocker arm wise..i have pedestal mount heads (I know) And i really DONT want to wast the $200 on roller rockers to gain 2 rwhp!! OK so here's the MAIN QUESTION! besides the small hp gain what other benefits do they have, like do they help open the valves more efficient or something, maybe stronger ???? , cause if not then i must be missing the reason everyone justifies the $200+ spent on them for the SMALL hp gain. does anyone run a high end head with the stock stamped steel rockers?? sure rollers look nice but who cares...

o ya also one more thing I'm trying to order my cam from fti and Ive sent 3 emails over a 1 week and a couple days period and only got one email back with one word in it...whats up with this i know hes a busy guy but I'm a potential customer with my $$$$ in hand...how do u get a hold of him??

Ill comment on the Ed question.....my experiences with Ed have been hmmmmm....interesting. He is a man of few words and he is very hard to get in touch with. He has to surf through thousands of emails from tire kickers who arent going to buy anything. So keep trying to get a hold of him, it is hard and he doesnt say much, but he surely delivers a great product.

I've dealt with jay Allen also, jay is the opposite of Ed. He is VERY wordy and explains a lot. I have even had lunch with Jay before since he is local to me.

Im not sure of your schedule on when u want things in hand, but that is another option for u.

I never got any numbers or times with my Jay Allen setup, but there have been a lot of happy campers. They take different approaches to their cams but they both work.

I loved Jay for his customer service, although Ed seems to have a bigger "following". I really liked how thorough Jay was cause im a "ask a million questions" type of guy
