ok ordered the stage 3 patriot heads from texas hotrod in what early march found out i could not use the heads with a shortblock that is not .20 bore so i change to the stage 2 heads got the heads like 2weeks ago ok fine i have yet to get the 200.00 diffents they owe me for going from the stg3 ($1499) to the stg2 ($1299)

when i call i am told it takes time your credit card company may be slow

never hear of it taking over 2weeks to get a refund back to a credit card and to think only toke 5mins for them to draw the funds from my account after i ordered the item

i will give them another week before i start to get pissed

you would not belive how slow banks and card can be. on time i bought a pretezel for lunch it took 3 weeks for that to clear on my accont. 2.97 to 3 friggn weeks it was ridiculus

Standard for Visa is 5 business days. Shouldnt take more than a week if you have a decent bank.

No way. If they actually handled your refund it shouldnt take any longer than 5 days. I use to do the books for a retail store for 7 years, and on average every charge back took 3 days. I'd call your credit card company if you dont get anywhere with them, and say you were overcharged.

I just bought a ton of stuff from newegg.com and something went on sale the next day. I asked them for the difference and I got the credit on my card before I even got the stuff via UPS!

it really could be the card company. i tried to use my credit card the other day to buy a 30 dollar dinner for my girl and i and it was declined. i got home and checked online and i was over my limit becuase there was stuff that i bought like 6 weeks ago that didnt go through until a few days ago. needless to say i was not happy and there was nothing i could do about it.

Yea thats because its Newegg,there customer service is awesome,its the banks that suck.
