Hi guys
I have a 95 GT with the following mods. Fully ported and polished E7 castings done by a local race shop. Mac CAI, UD pullies, smog pump delete, and Mac O/R H-pipe. I was wondering if you could give me some power estimates. Also is it possible to get 300 horse without doing a cam change? My next mods are going to be 2 1/2" cat back, Cobra upper and lower intake, and headers. I was wondering if there are any tricks to getting more power from these cars (like bumping fuel pressure) see I'm coming from the 3rd gen firebird scene and this is my first ford. So any help will be greatly appriceated.
Thanks
Bob

You can turn up the timing anywhere from 12-14 degrees (run 93 octane)...just kind of depends on the car...

How many miles you got on your car...

You can acheive 300hp at the motor but not rwhp without a cam swap and without a power adder (supercharger or nitrous)...

I wouldn't worry about messing with the fuel pressure...

Rwhp? That would be very hard to do and he would have to obtain parts that would not be good for everyday driving...

Without a cam, supercharger, or nitrous, I don't see it being within reason?

He can pump out some nice power numbers N/A...just starting doing all the bolt-ons, full exhaust, intake, 1.7 RR's, etc...

Yea,
I'm talking flywheel hp not rwhp. I think the stock gear is 3.23 or 3.08 I haven't checked yet but I was planning on going with a 3.55. I am planning on putting on some 1.7 roller rockers. Do I need an adaptor on the air inlet if I go with a Cobra or GT40 intake? I was told there were clearence problems on the 94-95's so Ford had to use a explorer intake and that is why power is down or something like that Also is the GT40 worth the extra money or should I just go with the Cobra, I've read where it (Cobra) is good up to 400 hp. The car has 107,000 miles on the clock. A recent leak down test showed and average of 15% Everybody tells me that these 302 rollers are very durable engines and that unless its been flogged really hard alot of its life 100k aint ****.
Thanks for the info
