No they do not. But I don't think there would be much difference other than it being taller. So maybe just add on another peace of plumbing to reach the top hat?

I wouldn't jump to any purchases. I honestly don't think you'll make any signifigant more power with the 351 over the 302. Iron heads are too restrictive. You will spend a good deal of money on 351 swap parts, and then have to expend a great number of swear words making a 302 kit fit on a 351. My friend had a 302 ProTurbo kit replummed for a 351. It was a huge amount of work, and it looked all hacked up when it was done. He ended up spending a huge amount of time cleaning up all the welds, and then another $600 having it all recoated again aftewards. If you want a 351 with a turbo, but a kit for a 351.
