I have a friend at a dealership in Hunstville who was able to snag one red Mustang GT for me. I've had her since Friday and I am truly in love with this car. This is my first mustang and I have had a friggin grin on my face ever since I planted my butt in the leather seat.

It's torch red (wow, is it red), with black leather interior. Shaker 1000 (it's a thumper alright), 5 speed GT. Spoiler, 17 inch wheels with the painted rims (I liked the classic rally look of the rims much better than the shiney chrome ones.)

My favorite things about this car have to be barking the Pirellies in second gear. Traction control on keeps me from lighting them up (not yet, she's only got 700 miles on her) but it is awesome to be leaving someplace with everyone staring at this car and bark em as I leave. Too cool.

To date, two police officers and about 25 people have pulled up beside me and made me roll down the window to tell me how cool this car looks. I can't agree with them more! Instant Mustang convert now. Just knowing this car is in my garage gives me a grin. Hasn't been a day yet I haven't taken it for a spin. Just too much fun to watch everyone stare as I go by.

Awesome car!! The Shaker wasn't as loud as I had hoped. For 1200 bucks I figured it would blow the windows out, but it's alright. Maybe I am already deaf and just can't hear it. LOL. There is no room in the back seat for anyone but a small child. Maybe 2 or three inches from front edge of back seat to the back of the front seat. Some things on the interior suck, like the complete lack of storage space, the non-existant cup holders for anyone (the two cup holders are strategically placed right where my arm rests when I am shifting). Oops Ford. The glove box can probably hold something the size of a cliff's note book. For 28 grand, (I paid MSRP..whew) I figured on a bit more solid interior. Still not sure if golf clubs fit in the trunk. Haven't tried a suitcase yet.

Other than that minor stuff, this is one helluva car!! Color me hooked. Just need some aftermarket stuff
