I didn't realize who you were until I saw your sig. What are the power plans for the 5.0?

Mods look good so far! Damn those tail lights are dark.

KB 2.8 is in the very near future. after that i'm planning on some true forged rims and a few small visual mods and then just enjoy driving it

Car looks good but are they REAL HIDs with ballasts, etc. or just aftermarket blue lights/whatever marketed as HIDs like they usually are?

Looks killer man! If your wanting some ideas for some visual mods, the grill and spoiler on this GT looks sick! It doesn't run too bad either, lol!

that thing is freaking sweet. How do these new 5.0 motors hold up as far as power? whats considered overkill on the internals? I know your last stang was just built from hell to withstand all that power.

they are REAL HID's, ballasts are hidden under the radiator cover. they are 4500K so the light isnt that annoying blue crap you always see. it is almost pure white with just a tint of blue

the limits arent very clear yet.

i am planning on running 8 psi and should be making around 550-580 to the wheels. i am going to keep it on the safe side till someone else finds the limits. i dont want to do another full build

Who did your window tinting? I'm wanting to tint mine with 20%. The 10 year old 35% is purple and peeling off, and it's beginning to look really bad.

EDIT: And your car looks AWESOME! Gonna see it on the track any time soon?

That was already posted and that run is using 109 race gas. Now pump gas would be something crazy.

Nice car and can't wait for the build thread, however I do not like the little wing on the back, looks much better IMO with out a wing.

David at Tinted Atmospheres in Cary did the tint. it is flawless as usual (this is my 6th car he has done) i would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get their car tinted

i would like to see one without a spoiler on it. i'm not very fond of the small lip spoiler but i also dont want to have to paint the trunk lid to get rid of the holes

I went with the gt500 type spoiler from ebay; paint matched and it was a good $120 spent.
