How much will a one wheel peel hurt your E/T at the track? With my last runs at the track, i got a 1.94 60' and a 13.5 @ 102mph. If the rearend would have locked up like it should have and both wheels were putting the power to the ground, how much faster would my times have been? Please no one go talking about I need a tune, bigger injectors, and MAF. This is just about the rearend and how much it hurts E/T's if it does at all.

It's very hard to tell how much of a difference there actually is. It depends how long you spin for, track conditions, etc. My guess would be 1 to 2 tenths difference in ET.

Oh BTW, you need a tune and a bigger MAF ....J/K.

What's up with the CT?

Joe

My friend had 330rwhp and went from the stock rear end to an Eaton and brand new street tires. Dropped his ET from 13.4 to 13.0, not sure how his 60 foot changed, but he didn't spin as much in 2nd gear.

2 fridays ago at test n tune, i had the one wheel motion, and could only do a best of a 1.9 sixty while all the other runs were 2.0 plus. Last sunday after rebuilding the traction loc, i did 1.70s on both runs with no problems and ran a 11.5 as a result.

Yes, the past two times I went out to the track after the gears adn t-lock rebuild I've only had a one wheel deal going on I dont know what it is because both wheels spin when I'm on the streets around town. I'm just going to throw down the money one of these days and get a new differential with 31 spline axels.
