the remote is for an aftermarket amp, to turn it on when the stereo comes on, I dont think thats your problem.

davis3 said:did you disconnect the front amp?the gray connector i'm talking about is on the bottom,left on your picture.try restoring everything to when you started.rear amps will not work without front amp connected.front amp controls 2 front tweets and 2 rear tweets,rears control the 2 lower door and the 2 subs in rear speaker tray.the black connector on the bottom right of pic,i dont know what that is,there should be a 8 port square connector.that is where the speaker outputs from headunit connect to.all speaker lines run through the front amp.
