Hey, I've had mixed opinions of a paintjob that I photoshopped up, and wanted a few more opinions. My car's goin to the body shop soon so i'm lookin for as many opinions as possible. The car isn't mine, just found one with the same red my car had and topped it with black. My car has 03 grey bullit wheels on it, smoked 1pc headlights/fogs, the Mach 2 hood ( [opinions would be good on this hood aswell, as i haven't bought it yet] pic: http://www.dimensionaudio.com/images/mhe_4201_1_large.jpg ) and I have black interior.

So what do you guys think, yay or nay?

Not fond of the hood but each to their own. I don't think it will look good because it doesn't follow the lines to the cowl. Pint job doesn't look bad at all. Sure would be a fresh image for a fox. I do like the red/black scheme for sure.

thanks for your input!

It's either the Mach 2 hood or the Mach 1 hood, haven't decided which yet, only reason for the Mach 2, is because nobody has it, lots of people have the Mach 1 hood.

you should follow the body line with the paint (up higher). other than that your good!

i dig the black on top since it off-sets the red interior very nicely

negative on the hood....get a cowl for sure (2.5")...no need to add more "shapes", or scoops for that matter, to a GT

I like the paint layout, but..

I'd stay with the stock hood and let the paint job be the eye catcher. I think a different hood would "fight" for attention with the paint job for attention. A less aggressive hood like a 1.5" cowl would complment the paint work.
