Hey guys. Looking for some feedback on Speedhut 2 1/16" gauges and monster tach. I had a full Autometer Phantom complement in my old 97, and they were frickin awesome. Anyway, I found some SH gauges for sale that I like, and I want to install gauges for my fast approaching blower install, but I don't want to buy cheapo crap. If they're accurate and dependable, then I'll get 'em. But if they're going to be as good as AutoZone crap, I'll just save up for more Autometers.

And I did search the forum, all I could find is crap in their gauge faces for the stock cluster (which I also will get with the gauges for a complete look.)

I have all Speedhut gauges and love them. The redline on the speedo overlay isn't right but I don't really care. I have the boost and fuel pressure gauges as well as the HVAC over lay. Here's a pic:

I'm not too worried about the redline, as I'd be going off of the aftermarket tach anyway. How is the accuracy on the gauges? Did you compare them to dyno numbers or anything like that?

Just ask Speedhut to change the redline to 5800. I've seen other people request this and it hasn't been a problem.
