i do, but i am not happy with them. don't get me wrong, they are beautiful, but they hang really low and scrape on almost anything, and they leak at the collectors. they are just not for a 100% street driven daily driver in an area that is speed bump crazy.
i can't even go to my local pool in the car because the entrance is over this little bridge that is at the top of a little incline, and there is no possible way to go over the bridge without scraping the hell out of the underside of the car. it used to scrape the bottom even before, when i had regular exhaust. now it would probably rip the headers right off the engine.
but that is just an example, i can just barely get onto my driveway without scraping. they are just simply way too low for my purposes. when i am done with this car, i want to be able to just get in and drive it anywhere and everywhere, just like if it was stock, without having to worry about avoiding speed bumps or dips in the road. it'll just be a hell of a lot faster
Good choive man those things are aloso beautiful a buddy of mine has them on his notchback and they look the part...i understand your frustration with the scrapping, my LT's dont scrape but the x-pipe converters and bassani cat-back does no matter how high i try to put up against the body of the car
Yea I have shortie headers and I still scrape the midpipe. It's scraped up my bassani x-pipe and cat heat shields pretty good. I dont have to take emissions anymore so its coming off. However its resale value has been hurt .
