Tranny is in and sits a little higher and to the right of the center neutral point in the shift box. The driveshaft will rub the underside of the car, unless you bend the metal out a bit. Not a perfect fit, but with a little tweaking, a new yoke, bell housing and aluminum driveshaft, it fits great! It is very notchy to shift and the Pro 5.0 shifter sits even lower! No problem speed shifting or power shifting.. If I miss now, something is really wrong with me!! 5th gear is shorter.. I rev about 500 RPM higher in fifth, so thank god I didn't get the 4:10 gears!!
