so soon ill be ordering tokico blues at all 4 corners. my 4.6 friend 94gtho just got c-springs and i was looking at how cheap they are in relation to eibach's and how good they look. c's say they are specific rate, and b's are progressive. i hear that progressive is supposed to ride better. but i see more people getting c's.

id love to lower my car, because i hate how it falls on itself in cornering and braking, id love to get coils and shocks and struts. the only thing im concerned about is if im going to need to get caster camber plates at the same time. my camber is a little negative as it is, and my friend (axel kain) showed me the little rivet looking thing that you can adjust to fix it.

so i guess im asking if its worth it completely to get the c-springs or would you rather have b's? and do i need caster cambers to correct the camber totally?

shoot me in the right direction guys. thanks again.

Iwashmycar has posted some real nice pics of his ride with either B's or C's (he confused me on which he has).

You might not need CC plates with alphabet springs (the advertised drop is very underestimated IMHO) but I'd want them myself, especially if you have a bit of neg camber already (stock springs, we assume).

MHO.

Good luck.

yeah they are stock springs.

this is fivespeedsteed by the way i just dont feel like loggin out of my friends account.

so you would recommend them no matter what anyways? can i find them used somewhere for cheaper?

Yep - I'd plan on getting some at some point (it's best to get them and install them when doing the other work for the sake of not going things twice, or having to get two alignments).

You indeed can get some used plates for very cheap (relatively speaking). The forum classifieds (here and the Corral) are a couple of places to look.

Good luck.

darn. then it looks like im not lowering my car.

could i do it without doing cc plates? i really kinda want to. i know people have done it plenty of times before. is there a way to get the camber right? i wouldn't mind doing it later on again, after college im getting a 2nd car and the mustangs goin under the knife.

c's or b's?

anyone have pics of c's or b's? or both?

i see on ebay i can get D&D cc plates. they any good?

are u planning to drag race alot
if so i wouldnt lower it, will throw off the suspension and greatly limit the car's ability to transfer weight

plus you will scrape the ground.
