Looks like its going to hit down south of me and come straight up A1A. I havent heard the latest but it should be a catageory 1 or a tropical storm by time it gets to me. I dont think I'm going to have any projected for this one. Good luck to everyone and be safe!

I want a tree limb to fall on my hood and front bumper though so I can get a new one form the insurance company. So far its had two chances to happen and it hasnt yet Hope the 3rd times a charm

I'm in Clearwater and my Mustang club has a meet tonight at 7pm...hopefully we won't have to postpone it because of Jeanne. We're supposed to get hit around 8am tommorrow morning.

Dude...that thing is cancelled.

"hit around 8am" means the center of storm passing. There are already STRONG gusts in Palm Beach and Broward County as of NOON!

Reports I saw show us just getting hit by the outer bands around 8am, it's supposed to head north before the eye gets near us.

In the late 50's or early 60's Alaska had a 8-9 earthquake and like 9 feet of part of the coastline fell into the ocean and really jacked everything else up.

If I ever make it up to Florida I hope it's not storming when I get there. Be safe ya'll.

I know "I" wouldnt want to take my Mustang out in the middle of a Cat. 3 Hurricane, but that's just me.

I wouldn't either, but like the reports say, it's supposed to curve north before we get anything significant.
