those two eminem lookin twins that used to do one of those tuner shows host it but the show is cool anyway.

I have all the Seinfeld episodes so I can choose. The DVD box set all season is suppose to come out around Thanksgiving.

i didn't see the entire show, just the part where they raced. I must say, they could not drive, and those were some terrible times.
But nice looking cars. lol

lol i didn't really watch all of it, wernt they pretty much stock blocks with stock heads and just some bolt ons? heh i know 1 of them had nitrous

Yea, those cars were not fast back in the day so 30 years later they should be much slower. Also the track is way above sea level so again slow times.

The sucky thing about the idea of the show is good. BUT can you give these a guys a lift to use. Geez, bad enough you got 2 days but working on a dirty floor on your back is dumb.

Last weeks 240Z race was real close. Next week they do IROC's.

I caught both episodes last night. I liked both the 240Z and '68 Mustangs. I agree with Vib in that they should at least have a lift due to the time limit in which they have to modify the cars.

I like the fact that Mechanic shows are becoming popular these days. I watch American Hot Rod, American Chopper, Rides, Overhaulin, Dream Car Garage, Chop Cut Rebuild, Horsepower TV, Trucks, and now Full Throttle.

No it's not coming on again. They are just getting ready to release the DVD box set of every episode.

I'm gonna email the History Channel and tell them to give these guys a lift to use. I think they can get more high performance parts on the cars if they have the right equipment. Then the cars can run lower than 18's.

Those 2 Clowns did do some kind of stupid ricer show, I dont think they know anything about American Iron. They should have been able to run much better times! On the show with the 240Z's if you look hard enough up at the clocks you can see them running in the 21 second range, hell a golf cart might run faster.

Two teams of two people, two identical cars. They have 10 hours per day for two days to make modifications. When time is up they have to race (1/4 mile, best out of 3 races). The winning team takes both cars home. Last week was 1972 240Z's. This week was 1968 Mustangs. Next week are IROC's.

The cars are slow because they have a stock automatic tranny, bone stock motor and suspension. On top of that both shows featured 32 and 38 year old cars. I'm suprised they even survived the burnout.

one of those 68s ran a 14.62, which I though was pretty impressive. Out of the box they ran 18.1. Needless to say they weren't in "out of the box" condition 36 years later.

Good call on the lift Vib, I was actually grimacing when "hollywood" had to bench press the tranny back up. At least give these guys the proper tools.
