Will anything other than the original a9p work for an e9zf-12a650-ca out of my rusty runner 91 LX hatch that wants to breathe again, but ALL parts and computer specialty sites show “out of stock” , and the original is out for a refurbish. After i attempted my own capacitor swap that went very very bad, i have low expectations for a working ecu to come back to me. If i only knew what i know lol. So i’m looking for one either from a store, a person, or even a crossover to an a3m or something else if it’ll work. I just wanna drive her again. The real irony is i saved for some time to buy headers and a mid-pipe a month before ecu crapped out. At least it’ll have a hole free exhaust set-up when it fires off again.

I checked a few vendors and you are right, all out of stock. I checked eBay completed auctions and used ECUs were sold in the $250-350 range and remans were in the $300-400 range.
I guess the supply really is drying up.
