It's an on3 unit. Might as well be. Anymore, is almost rather it be one of the Chinee parts. VS racing has a 78/75 billet unit that makes gobs of power, very reliable, and is cheap!

Mine's mix n match. Turbonetics turbo, precision wastegate.. turbosmart manual boost controller. The bov is still on3 but it hasn't failed yet, so I'm gonna keep it.. for now. Probably buy turbosmart when it finally fails.

Truth be told, I'm exactly the same way (now).
The Turbo is a BW SX300,
The gates are Turbo smart 38 mm pieces.
That 60mm BOV though?......I got no freakin clue.

Ok, latest peeve on the FB groups. Anytime someone has an issue with how their EFI car runs, first group of answers.

"Check your TPS. Set it to 0.9999"

90 posts later and dozens of random guesses...not one person has suggested pulling codes

Then you find out the OP isn't running o2 sensors on a stock ECU setup

Mike, the first thing I see the youtube mechanics say is " swap to a carb".

And you guys believe that to be real then? You think that somebody that can even comprehend the benefit of a rear mount battery relocation would be stupid enough to not only tie the cable back along the driveshaft, but to loop it over onto the exhaust as well.?
If you honestly believe that, I saw a thread somewhere on here where a guy tried to put a 7.5" ring gear onto an 8.8" differential by heating the smaller unit, and freezing the bigger piece.... it didn't work.

You guys need to quit insulting yourselves by not knowing when you are being handed a gag.

It truly is amazing how many look for answers before looking for codes.
