Can you guys post up some pics of your overflow bottles mounted up on fox's. I'm going to make my own this week at work. peace

The bottle in this one, i dont think is original.
The last guy put this giant in there (its about 1 gallon and basicly square)
He mounted it where the battery tray is, since my battery is in the rear.
I am interested on what you were planning to make.
Stainless? 3x8?x15? PVC pipe? Capped or just plugged with drain and fill fittings? Recirculated or just drained?
I was into the HHO scene for a while.
They generate higher temps with thier liquid, and use PVC and Poly/Lexan tubes for different things.
I was thinking of puting together a new over flow out of 4in PVC, but didnt get that far yet.

I didnt see any pic. I plan to do like a 3"x10" round. Just a vent tube on top from the rad and a drain. peace

I just bought a generic summit brand one, but the vent hole was super small, and cause of this, the tank was getting pressurized and overflowing. I opened the hole up to around 3/8" or 1/2" and it solved the problem. So if your not making a recirq tank make sure the vent is large enough
