Overhaul Kit/Rebuild Kit ? Fuel Press. Reg?

Hey guys, Im in need of recommendations regarding an overhaul kit for a 91 5.0, and a good adjustable fuel pressure regulator

any feedback will be greatly appriciated

By overhaul kit do you just want new gaskets and seals or something more complete with piston rings, etc?

As far as a decent AFPR, most people on these boards prefer the Kirban. It is one of the few that doesn't seem to have a high percentage of leaking units on the market...

i'm in the middle (more towards the end, actually) of rebuilding my motor...i got a complete felpro gasket set off ebay for 100$, and i got a kirban fp regulator off a guy on the class-ad's here for 40$ shipped. i also got some total seal rings off ebay for 90$, and all clevite bearings for 45$ from ebay. just look around. ebay's definitely a great place!
