I need to take off the pulley in order to install a new pump. I rented the puller from the parts store, i used it according to the directions then suddenly the part where the puller attaches to the pulley tears off!. Now I'm stuck, help me please
No it will not pry off. All I know to tell you is use the tool correctly and it will work. I've done it plenty of times using the rental at Autozone and haven't had a problem.
