97 gt with long tubes and x pipe installed...are these codes normal for this set up?

No, not "normal."

P0136: Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0141: Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0156: 02 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

Are your rear O2 sensors connected?

yes they are.one wire has been burnt to the pass side rear sensor but its not broke
