Well the SES light came on in the dash of my Mustang. According to the code it had a Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Fault. I changed the CMP and reset the computer and after a little while it came on again. I just changed the Spark Plugs and TPS but the P0340 code was still on before the changes.
Thank you

just because the code refers to the CMP doesn't mean the CMP is bad. Basically that code is telling you that it sees a problem with the sensor or circuit that operates the sensor.

Being that you've already changed the sensor, next step would be to get out the wiring diagram to that sensor and start checking continuity in the circuit. i would also briefly look under the hood for any signs of pinched/burned/damaged wires in the harness that the sensor wires run into.

Okay well i found out thAt its the pcm's fault. it may have to be reflashed or even replaced. I did a pinpoint test and the entire circuit was fine. Anyone know homw much it would be to have it reflashed or even replaced?
