p0453 code

I just replaced the fuel pump and filler neck grommet On my 2000 Mustang GT 4.6 liter .Now I'm getting a p0453 evap pressure sensor is indicating a higher than normal pressure. I found the plug at the back of the fuel tank and cleaned the pins on the plug but I'm still getting the code. What else can I try?

Do you have an ODB2 scanner? It would help the trouble shooting to know what the PCM "thinks" the FTP value is.
