P1405 Code, Need assistance please

I have read the search forums, and i had this prob about a few months ago. Well the check engine light comes on for about a day or two and then goes out for about 2-3 days. I have checked the hoses to the EGR and they are intact. Whatelse can it be, should i replace the hoses or the EGR itself?

lol thanks tape, i knew what the code name is, just didnt know if i should replace the hoses or the EGR itself.

The hoses are intact, not sure whatelse to check.
