Yeah..... :nonono:
My o/d light comes on about 15 seconds after i start it, and when I shift through the gears, its not going into the right gear.
Sometimes if I put it in reverse it wont move, but sometimes it will roll forward slowly?
For the love of god please help me!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll check back tomarrow and hopefully there will be helpfull responses.
thanks

I have a different PA valve body. Mine is the fully manual. I would guess that your linkage is not adjusted properly, but it could also be a defective valve body or some other install problem. I would check out the linkage first and make sure your are are actually selecting the proper gears.

Thanks for the replies!
I think I'll go try again in a few minutes.
Can I drain the pan and have someone go through the gears while I watch?
without the car running of course.

Aren't there some linkage adjustments that can be made without draining the pan?

I didnt touch the linkage on the drivers side of the tranny. So I assume there must be some other shift control. I'm going to check out that manual valve thing a nd see if its in the right place.

I found one of the problems, and solved it. But.............
The O/D light still flashes, when I took it for a drive it wouldnt shift into OD.
The predator have a code: Pressure control solenoid A open circuit

can i drive my car until I get this figured out?

The thing I found was what you said about the first notch on the manual valve. Thanks alot by the way :nice:

Also, I read a post by you about using the b&M on a 2001-2004 mustang ( want one for 2001)
On either corral.net or modular depot there was a post about that shifter, you shoould be able to find it easy.
There were multiple people using it on their 01+ mustang
They said it fit perfect.
