I have a 1967 coupe. It has the original paint which looks decent, the trunk is faded a little. The other issue is the left rear quarter had some body damage that was fixed ahwile back by the original owner, she said it was done professionally. It was filled and primered,etc. Now though there is some cracking, so i plan on fixing that soon. My main question is, can I get a gallon of the factory color from a paint store and just spray the primer areas and also maybe the trunk and rear of the car? Like I said, the rest of the paint is in good condition.
