I'm going to have my upper intake and valve covers off today i hope, so i figured i might as well clean them up a bit and maybe hit them with some high temp spray paint. Is this a bad idea? Can i just give them a light sanding or should i get down to metal? I won't bother if its going to look like chit after a while.... since they are in good shape, just want something a little nicer than the flat grey on there now.
