Hi,
I just bought an 03 GT, enjoying the car very much. However, the parking brake seems odd to me, is it normal for it to have some side to side give on it? None of my other cars, or mustangs, did this. Haven't taken the center console off yet, just wanted to ask quick before diving in.

Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me, yeah, it seems pretty dead. I'm taking the console apart tonight, hopefully it's just a bracket that is loose or something. The parking brake still works, but it needs tightening, which I'll take care of.
