Anyone have a chart, graph, figure, diagram, etch-a-sketch or some other form of document explaining the complete setup of the parking brake from the handle to the brakes?

Currently, I have a handle w/ a wire that attaches to nothing. I know there are supposed to be some parts that attach to the tranny w/springs and stuff and that somehow links back to the rear brakes. I don't know what I need, and I can;t find a kit, only individual parts. I need to get this on so I can pass inspection.
