Holy crap...the video went for almost 9 min, and I'm sure it had to be going of for at least a minuite before the video started for them to realise it would be worth filming....

I was surprised that the meter maid didn't just stop and ticket her for being a dumbass when he/she went by the SECCOND time...

The dumb people these states put on the road i tell ya. Its like there just handing license out no training required...... For instance a parked fire truck was out in the street in a school zone "20 mph". and some dumb tool hit the fire truck in the rearend. Didnt even bother the fire truck but the vw they were was munched. They got out and said i was talking and didnt see the fire truck. And then his accuse was the speed isnt posted and i replied so if the speed isnt posted that means its ok to do 40 right. Then he said they shouldnt have been parked there I replied there the fire department they can park anywhere they damn well plz. Well i got a nice pic if anyone can hostits to big for stangnets att.
