My parts purchasing continues! I got these on friday:

these are Probe shaft mount rockers and they appear to be a very high quality piece. I bet they weigh 25lbs though... no kidding! With these, my lightweight valve train, and my internally balanced shortblock high RPM's shouldn't be a problem!

I also picked this up today...

This is a T-76 turbo with a polished compressor cover and a jet hot coated turbine housing which is a .96AR. I had the T64e as it came with my PTK single kit I bought back in 2005. The T64e was going to be too small for what I wanted to do with the car and the T76 will allow me all the room I'd ever need to grow as it will support over 1000hp. The original owner went 9.9's at almost 140mph in a 3600lb fox 'vert with this very turbo.

I should have even more parts soon!!!

Hypothetically, I might be a little jealous.

damn...you said you were wanting to step up to the 76...I did not think you were thinking the next week. That 76 looks GREAT...the fact it is already cleaned up will save you some work/hassle down the road anyway.

There is trying...and then there is TRYING.

I would be skipping like a 8yr old girl if I had that stuff just "sitting" around.

Thanks guys! I still can not believe I bought this turbo yesterday. I had absolutely no intentions of buying it anytime soon, but I missed out on this very turbo last year as I didn't have the funds and the guy that bought it new I wanted it. Well, to make a long story short he contacted me last tuesday and said he was going bigger and if I wanted it. Luckily for me I had the cash this time and I jumped on it. It means that some of the stuff I had planned isn't going to happen now, but it was too good of an opportunity to pass up.

I can't wait to show you guys the other parts I have coming!!! One will be here by the end of next week, the other is still about 3 weeks out or so. I'll be sure to post pics though when I get them.

BTW- does anyone have a link that tells how to set up these shaft mount rockers?

Jr, what size turbo did you have before you got rid of your kit and what times/HP did it make? I think you had a PTK setup like I do too.

T-70 and I never got dyno #'s. When i ran it w/ stock e7's, Cobra intake, and 2:73's it went 12.09 @ 117 (had to look it up on the list!) w/ no traction. That was FFW/Richmond in June 2005 96* on that day and then of course True street w/ a hot motor then back to back runs. I also had to pedal a little b/c I had not 1 safety requirement past 13.99 except my helmet.
After the Systemax, Windsor Jr.s and cam install it was hella lot faster but never got it back to the track. I can see you laying down low 11's to mid 10's easily with what you're looking to do.
The turbo is def the way to go and you are gonna enjoy the set up! That mofo is gonna just pull forever.

Thanks man! I'm shooting for 130mph trap speeds... where ever the ET falls it falls. My car "should" be an 11.7 or better car NA this year trapping around 118-120 before I put the turbo on, at least I hope! LOL!

off topic: are you coming to the Carlisle All Ford Nationals this year? There are a lot of '94-'95 guys going!

You have no idea how much I would love to get back into the game/show scene.. I have a 4 yr old daughter and a new 2 month old son. I'll be lucky to run my car this year @FFW/Richmond in June but I will at least make it there since it's only a short distance from me, like Carlisle is to you.

Oh, the only reason I'm online now is b/c my wife and kids are @ my sister's house going to the circus, while I stay home and play with the car. I miss the forums a lot and need to find more time to post.

That is going to be awesome. I'll be watching how stuff goes for you pretty close.
I was going to go with a T-76 kit this year, but just ran out of money. Hopefully I'll be able to go turbo next year.
Keep us updated!
