well white88t-top a business deal is a business the guidelines set were i would pay him when i had the money and there were people there that heard that deal so i did follow them.

Finally talked to Geoff last night, for the first time since before he picked up the parts on Oct. 18. He said that he will drop off the money at my girfriends house tonight. I am actually working down in Eugene so I will not be back up in Portland area until Friday. If he drops the check off, I will swing by my house in Salem on the way back up and grab the shift handle fothe shifter, and drop it off at his girlreinds parents house. As far as the tranny not being usable, Paul Brady from Krazy Koncepts was the first to deal with it and told me the car was drivable in 1st 2nd and 5th gear. I then had the car towed to Landmark Ford Where their technicians tore it down and found the broken shift fork. When I decided to go with a heavy duty TKO because a factory t-45 replacement would be prone to same problems. That is how the tranny was represented to me, and how I sold it. As a core that needed a minor rebuild. Since the condition of the tranny came into question i will take $50 less so Geoff if you dont get this message before tonight I will leave a $50 check with Calvin and Mona. And I will post a full retraction/apology when i hear fro my ex that you have dropped off the money.

Glad to hear you gentlemen have reached a conclusion to this deal. I heard several of the messages you left on Geoff's father's answering machine. I find it sad that a man of your age shows such a lack of maturity, when dealing with a situation like this. In one message, I heard several foul words (F-bombs), as well as a threat against Geoffe. That is highly inappropriate. Regardless of who owes what to who, such words are foolish to use and are, in no way, constructive. I wish you better business dealings in the future and hope that you may take the high road from here on out.

Based on the fact that last night was actually the first time I actually spoke to Geoff in 3 weeks, when I had left many messages before, that were civil, and he gave all appearances of blowing me off. Yes my last few messages were born out of serious frustration. Most people will communicate like men and not filter their business deals through their fathers answering machine for weeks on end wit out replying. As far a specific threats, I just recommended that he not run into me on street if hes not going to pay me. The whole scenario could have been avoided if he had not waited weeks to get into contact. I understand he works 70 hour weeks, I do too. I still find time to take care of my business deals in a timely manner. And if he have called even once in the first week to clear up the misunderstanding I probably wouldnt have been frustrated. He was able to call me many times when he needed the parts, and unable to respond when he needed to arrange payment. I will however note the matter seems to be getting resolved much more quickly now that I posted and I do not regret my decision to have done so. Thank you Stangnet. and all those who viewed.
