I had a small window of opportunity to buy a new 99+ mustang...I couldn't find one fast enough for a reasonable price, and the time limit was up. So I ended up with one of these....I'll post pics of the interior after leather is done. Getting custom 2 tone leather...

couldnt find one fast enough? what were you looking for a roush or Kewbra? or just a modded one? Half the fun of having a Mustang is modding it yourself my friend. Is that thing hold a candle to a modded GT in the fast catagory??

LOL! No--i was trying to find one bone stock--what i meant was i couldn't find one as expediantly as I'd wished. My opportunity passed and had to shop for full size SUV instead.

By the way-it's like driving a 7000 lb cruise missile...oodles of power...especially when already at cruising speed. Most comfortable vehicle I've ever been in...

beat out expedition, new tahoe, and sequoiya. All were better than the tahoe. Expo would have depreciated like
$15K by the time i got it home.
test drove a new 07 tahoe right off the truck and the damn thing was rattling like it was 5 years old-horrible turning radius, clumsy seats(folding) third row has to come out like old school minivan, so on and so on...tahoe looks killer on outside but was not very well thought out...
Toyota was expensive and not enough bang for the buck...

that thing is ugly, I'm sorry. Something with the side view I do not like. But glad you're happy with it.

it takes getting use to i guess. I didn't like them as much when they first came out, but now I love it. The Expo and tahoe are definitely the "lookers" out of the group --especailly the Expo IMHO

Gotta agree with the Expidetions though. Maybe if I saw yours in person. I'll try to swing by a lot and check one out.

Just the side throws me off so bad.

I wanted the stang badly and still do, but oh well. Hell, I even live closer to MPH now. I moved from Baton Rouge to B'ham, AL. I haven't given up on it. Maybe next year, but I still have to buy a house in the mean time, so may set the plans back quite a bit. If I don't give my wife a house and a baby soon, she'll probably divorce my azz. If i'd have found my stang, it would have been my daily driver. But now, it would just be a toy--which will make it more difficult to get.

i like armadas, except the dash sucks, the seats suck, the brakes suck they rattle more than expeditions(give it 1k miles) and they depreciate just as bad. the 07 expy has got some eyes though. we have a black on black limited short wheel base with facorty chrome 20's....pimp as hell. nothing beats the accel of the armada, and it feels great at a 100mph on the hwy.

No doubt! The roof will get no love. When I was 15, I used to detail cars at a Chevy dealership ... Whenever I'd have to do a suburban or any of those boxes, it was like murder!

I've never seen one of those ... doesn't look too bad. I bet it rides smooth ... our cars don't.
