Passing emmisions test

I have a 1995 Mustang GT with cats. Will a H-pipe without
cats pass the emmision test? Are there any tricks to passing with an offroad pipe?

IF your emissions test is just a visual, then you could weld on some cat covers to "look" like cats.

IF your emissions test is done with a sniffer, you gotta have at least 2 cats. I'm pretty sure you can't pass without cats, plus most stricter emissions test include a visual and a sniffer.

If I can pass with a visual (fake cats). Does high octane burn better? Would a timing retard switch make better emmisions? There must be a way to just barely pass.

iF you really want to get it done and done once spend an afternoon throwing ur stock H back on. I passed strict California emissions with all my mods, and i wasnt even CLOSE to failing.
