passing emmisions with carb swap ?

I want to go carburated with my 351 setup for economical reasons as some of u may know. My question is this...besides the visual inspection...is there any way to tune a carburated car with a sizeable cam to pass the sniffer test? ie "leaning" it up? even if i have to keep the air pump to go to the cats i would be willing to do it. Basically i dont want to go carburated then never be able to drive the damn thing on the street. I work at a ford dealer so the visual wouldnt be a prob but i would probly need it to pass the actuall sniffer. thanks

Can you get exempt up in Mass on your emmisions sticker? Around here if you keep it under 5,000 miles in a year your exempt from taking the test.

hmmm im not sure...i think i drive it just about that much a year...anyone else know about that or my original question?
