Are patriot stage III too large for a non-modded 4.6? I mean will the valves hits the pistons. Will they if I install the com N/A cams? I think the Stage III heads are good for .600 lift on intake with like a 1.76 valve dia. Also, why is the CC bigger on them? Will this lower my compression significantly? Can I use these heads on a migh compression (11.85:1) engine?
