PCV doesn't seal to manifold. . .how do I fix it?

gonna get a motorcraft pvc, and a grommit from napa where do I get the screen?

Yeah I rattled it and blew through both sides to see if it worked. Mmm tastes like oil.

Also, my worst symptom is the hanging idle.
