Good call with the Ford PCV (it fits tighter than some aftermarket stuff). Ditto for the grommet and screen (the screen is clean, right?).
Forced induction guys sometimes end up Siliconing the PCV valve in (not something I would run out and do). Make sure the element in the separator didnt clog up (mine was pretty hard to blow through after not too many miles with dino oil).
Where guys start running into breather issues is when they have a stock (lean) tune, and run PCV and a breather (one or the other works, but a mix isnt great).
But if your grommet is older, me thinks a fresh one could fix the issue alone. They vulcanize badly.
