If you are not forced induction (if you are, further measures are needed):

Have you replaced the grommet? Motorcraft PCV valves fit Ford grommets very nicely! Aftermarket PCV's often fit even a new grommet loose.

If you haven't, I'd replace the PCV valve, grommet and screen (aka breather) with new Motorcraft stuff. Then forget about it for a couple years.

Good luck.

Make sure you have good fitting parts in there... The Ford stuff is supposed to fit pretty tight.

Make sure the pcv isn't 'plugged'

If the pcv pops back out after you put a new one in, then a compression and leak down test would be appropriate.

Then you can have ring-seal and other issues which can require a different PCV valve or other bandaids to get the crankcase ventillation system up to par.

^^^and make sure you aren't pushing boost pressure directly into the crankcase via the pcv or TB to VC hose...

If I get bored tomorrow afternoon, I may sketch something out...

However, there are ALOT of ways to properly ventilate a crankcase...
Maybe you could provide some details on what you currently have, and others can suggest ways to adjust...???
